My tech appointment was canceled without notifying me.

My tech appointment was canceled without notifying me. I wanted today from 3-5 per the reminder text. But no on showed.  I contacted customer service thru app and was told it was canceled because outage was repaired. I was unaware of outage I was told the wires were degraded and a tech needed to come outside to repair.  According to jade there was not outage. This was not true according to supervisor Jade. i was given another day by her and another 3 hour time slot. I have been dealing with lag in WiFi since September. I’ve upgraded my and paid my bill and continue to get the run around.

user_mb4n05,

Thank you for sharing your experience. I can see how frustrating and inconvenient this has been for you, especially after dealing with WiFi issues since September. Having your tech appointment canceled without notification and conflicting information about an outage only adds to the frustration, and I can completely understand why you feel like you’re getting the runaround.

Your time is valuable, and you deserve clear communication and a resolution that addresses the degraded wires and the WiFi lag you’ve been experiencing. I’m here to help ensure your next appointment goes as planned and that the necessary repairs are completed. You can reach me directly for more help.
