My son is missing online schooling

I ordered prepaid internet service with you guys I waited 8 days for my modem to arrive today I got it said it is on the truck for delivery I get a call from UPS telling me they put the wrong School number on it and delivered it someplace else rite aid or something and now they're saying they're returning back to sender I need this modem today I don't know why this is happening but UPS is being very unhelpful they gave me wrong phone numbers and everything I need my modem before it gets sent back [edited out personal information, per Forum guidelines]
