My service

I am a customer of Xfinity. I got a little behind in my service and they interrupted my service. When I contacted them to make an arrangement to turn my service back on,they refused unless an immediate payment was made. I do not feel like a valued customer and I felt like after speaking to several representatives, they i didn't matter at all. All they are worried about is the money and not the customer. Not very happy at all and won't recommend Xfinity to anyone any more!

I am incredibly sorry that you had this experience, and I completely understand why you feel let down and undervalued. Getting behind on a bill is stressful enough on its own @user_yjwgr7. Payment options are handled entirely by the system rather than individual agents. That being said, you always have full control to check what options the system has available for your specific account. You can sign in to your account online or via the Xfinity app to see if there are any eligible options.

@XfinityQuemekia When I contacted them, they told me there are no options available to me, which I find hard to believe, and kept demanding payment. So now my son and I are here without service for at least 4 days . Dcivsaid, I don't feel like a valued customer at all. Once I restore my service, I think I will consider other options and cancel Xfinity. Customers who not be treated this way at all.

@user_yjwgr7 Payment options being available have a lot of variables attached to them. We are sorry there was nothing available at this time on your account. Once you make a payment, service is usually restored within 2 hrs. If we can be of further assistance please let us know.

See that is the problem, nothing available to help on my account. Xfinity objective is to keep customers, not lose them. This level of customer service will not keep a customer.

I was a customer account executive at Comcast for 8 years, I helped the customer as much as I could in any situation. What I got in the last 2 times that I called, speaking to two reps and even a supervisor, all refused to keep my service on it even work out something with me at all. It's not right and that is not how to keep customers.

@user_yjwgr7 I can understand where you are coming from, as mentioned by my colleague payment options are handled entirely by the system rather than individual agents. I am happy to look at the account, please know if the system is saying there is not an option other than payment, we would not be able to do anything further. Let me know if you would like us to look at the account.
