I can definitely understand how disruptive it must be to have everything drop in and out like that. We want your connection to be consistent and reliable, so I’d love to take a closer look at what’s causing those daily interruptions and help get this resolved for you. Can you please check the following if you have not already done so.
Hand-tighten all connections: Check the back of your modem, TV boxes, and any wall plates.
Inspect outdoor lines: Make sure the cable running from the utility pole or box into the side of your house isn't pinched, frayed, or dragging on the ground.
Check Router placement: Keep your modem and router away from heavy electronics, metal objects, or microwaves that might cause wireless interference.
Prevent Overheating: Ensure your equipment is in a well-ventilated area. If the router gets too hot, it may reboot itself during peak-usage times.
