My service is out

The service was out yesterday.  This was restored at 4:30 this morning. It is not working in my home.  I have unplugged everything and no service.  There is no light on your box

Oh no, thank you for reaching out. Have you checked to see if there is an issue with the outlet your gateway is plugged into?
