My service is down

It has been over 15 hours of no service and Xfinity Assistant sends me a generic answer stating service is interrupted and they are working on it and will send me an update as soon as they one.  Well nothing can someone tell me exactly what the problem is?

Hello @Coloma7040 When it comes to reported service interruptions we are given the same information as you are. They try to estimate a completion of the fix to the best of their abilities but specific causes of what they are fixing is not typically listed.

 

Once resolved you would be able to request a credit for the downtime using the instructions below:
