My roommate cancelled my service
I’m moving into a new apartment and switched the service over, but I think my current roommate who had access to my account cancelled the service and now somehow I can’t access anything I need help, I was on my promotion and don’t want to lose it

Hello, @user_4fpgpk! Thanks for reaching out with your service concerns. This is definitely something we'd like to assist you with! To clarify, did you initiate a Transfer of Service as seen here? There is a way to unlink, link, and switch between multiple accounts as seen here. What exactly do you see when you log in to your account online? We provide various levels of user roles as seen here, but even if your roommate had the "Primary" role, they shouldn't be able to completely disconnect an account under your name as the Account Holder in our billing system. Please let me know if this helps, and also tell us what you see when you log in online, and if you're able to switch between the old and new account or not. Either way, we're here to help!
