My Rewards page is not loading

My only option is asking the chat bot a question about rewards. The page is blank otherwise. From what I could see based on discussions on these forums and other sites this seems to be a common problem. How can it be fixed?

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

@XfinityRuben​ The only option I'm given when I go to the rewards page is the prompt that says, "Have a question about Xfinity Rewards?" I can't see anything else.

I am logged in as primary, when I click on Rewards, it goes to a black screen with a gray circle in the middle with 3 white dots in the middle.  The alternate lighting up but does not open my Rewards.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I understand how frustrating it is when a page doesn't load correctly. Have you already tried clearing your cache and cookies and relaunching the site? Can you tell me what browser you are using and if you have tried any other browsers?
