My Rewards membership changed from Diamond to Gold?

I know I was a Diamond member as recently as August 23rd based on emails and notices that I received. Lately, I noticed my membership is only showing as Gold. I have not changed any services or moved recently. I read that a system change caused this for many members. Is there a way that my Diamond can be restored?
