My refund

I canceled my service 2 months ago and I haven't received my refund please deposit the money in the card on file

user_ixgtey Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your refund. If you have a credit balance remaining after your last bill is printed, the refund process would be automatic. We would first try the last payment method used; then, if that is not successful, an email notice would be sent to the email you have on file with different methods to receive your refund. The refund process can take up to 30 days to start processing. In the last month, have you by chance received an email from us?
