My purchased movies disappeared after my recent move

Hello. I recently moved one town over and transferred my Xfinity services. I went to watch a movie I had purchased and the only one there is a movie purchased since I moved. I’d like to find out how to get the movies back that I purchased. Thank you.

I had the same thing happen when I moved in 2019. They swore they would fix it. Well it's 2022 and I'm pretty sure I'll never see those purchases again. I'll never purchase movies from them again!

I am looking to backup what movies I have purchased without having to log into xfinity to watch them. Is there such a method?

Hello @bobber128, you can continue to watched your purchased movies through our Xfinity Stream app. Viewing purchased titles on your TV requires a subscription to Xfinity TV service with access to Xfinity On Demand. If you disconnect all of your Xfinity services, you can continue to watch purchased titles using the Xfinity Stream portal (xfinity.com/stream) and the Xfinity Stream app. You'll need your primary Xfinity ID and password to access your purchases online or to add a mobile device. (Secondary Xfinity IDs will no longer work.) You can also download your purchased movies from this location as well. Please visit https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-on-demand-purchases for more information on this process. Did this information answer your question?
