  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Did you call 811 to have your yard marked before they came to bury the cable?  This is your responsibility so that any one doing any digging will not do what happened to you.  I'm sorry it happened, though.
