My promotion unknowingly ended and now I can’t afford my bill

When I signed up with your service I was told my rate would be $25 a month until last month it jumped to $84 unexpectedly. I was not given any warning and cannot afford this new rate. Is there anyway to honor the $25 I thought I had originally agreed to?
