My Plan

I need help about my plan. I just discovered the my bills is getting expensive from what I used to have before. I only pay $55 but not it goes to $122?

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill has great information on how you can view your current and past bills to see what changes have occurred.

 

 As a customer myself i always like to make sure i have the best price for the services i love and need, this link https://www.xfinity.com/lp/ppc/upgrade-xfinity-internet-service is a great self-service option to log into your account to check for new pricing or promotional rates, upgrades or to make changes to your services.

 

Give that link a try see if you are able to find you a pricing plan that fits your financial needs. Depending on your existing plan you may have the option to use that self-service option, but it may direct you to reach back out to us.  If that happens go ahead and Please send me a DM.
