My phone is not working

I chatted with a rep 2 days ago.  He restarted my modem 2 times.  My phone is still not working

Ednamae41, my home phone not working would be frustrating. Thank you for stopping in for help with it not working for the last few days. Us sending out phone equipment other than the Xfinity gateway that provides the service would not normally be an option we provide. I would be happy to help with additional troubleshooting for you if you are still without services. Could you tell me a little more about what happens when you attempt to use your phone?
