My phone doesn't work. Comcast says it was ported out. AT&T says it's not portable because Comcast has it locked up.

AT&T did a lot of research before telling me that the phone could not be ported because Comcast has it. Comcast says it was ported out a couple of weeks ago.  I did have a couple of conversations with Comcast a couple of weeks ago. One conversation resulted in my text messaging being disabled, and the second conversation resulted in that problem being fixed. IN NEITHER CONVERSATION DID I AUTHORIZE ANY LINES TO BE PORTED OUT, DISABLED, OR DROPPED FROM MY ACCOUNT. Also, when I dial 611 it attempts to reach Comcast, not AT&T.

It was very difficult to reach a live agent. The agent finally suggested we patch AT&T in. I said, "YES!" Immediately the call was terminated. Then my other phone stopped working.

What do I do to get the phone to work?
