My peacock premium stop working

Hi I recently moved my service and my free peacock stopped working for me. When I try to activate the subscription again it says “Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account”. Can you help me fix this? My peacock email is [Edited: Personal Information].

Thanks for connecting with us about your Peacock, @user_rma397. We'll be happy to help. Have you done this: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts yet? It's a way to unlink/link your new service to your Xfinity ID. Please try this and let us know if it works after processing the unlinking of the old address.
