My payment.
I just found my bill in a stack of letters on my counter so it will be late. I scheduled payment on my bank billpay as soon as I could. Payment will come out on Monday the 8th probably won’t make xfinity until 12/9. Sorry for the delay. Please don’t shut me off.

Hey @Juliebubar! We understand life happens and you have options! Will your payment be more than 30 days late by the 9th? If so, you may qualify for a payment arrangement: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement
If you're eligible, once you log into the Xfinity Assistant it will prompt you with the options available based on your account. Please let me know if you have any questions.
