My outside xfinity cable is above ground in multiple spots.
My outside Xfinity cable is exposed and above ground in multiple areas, and it needs to be buried immediately. I’ve already tried using the chat assistant and submitted the form, but no one has contacted us. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's not only a serious safety hazard, it's also a complete eyesore.
What’s even more infuriating is the fact that there is seemingly no way to speak to an actual human being at this company. The lack of response and basic customer support is beyond frustrating. This needs to be addressed now.

Go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and your complete service address and we can get a ticket submitted to get a technician out there to get that line buried
