My Offered Plan Disappeared

My current plan of  300 mbs for $65 loses its price discount next month. 

I was offered a 2 gig plan for $85 per month with a 5 year price guarantee. When I went to get it it disappeared. How do I get it?

Just to confirm are you logged into your Xfnity account when attempting to make changes? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies, and/or trying from another device?
