My NOW modem arrived defective. No lights will turn on. How do I get another one? Xfinity store won't help.

I tried that route many times. No bot, no person, nothing was helpful.

Did you select Chat with Xfinity Assistant? Here's the direct link for your convenience. You can sign in using your Xfinity ID; ask to speak with an agent, and it should direct you to one. That would be the best way to get assistance.
