I recently made an wifi name and password but I can't remember it

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_flzzg1. That is definitely an issue that has happened to me before. On your Xfinity app you can: 

  1. Select the WiFi tab, then WiFi details.
  2. Select Edit WiFi settings at the bottom.
  3. On this screen, you can view or change your WiFi name or WiFi password.
  4. Click Save after making any changes.
If you have an X1 box with our TV service you can also 
  1. Press the xfinity button on your remote.
  2. Press the right arrow to get to the gear icon.
  3. Press the down arrow and choose Help.
  4. Press the right arrow, choosing the WiFi tile under the Tools section.
  5. The WiFi password(s) and network name(s) will show up on the screen.
