My Netflix, Apple, & Peacock add-on was removed without my authorization

I recently renewed/upgraded my service. That chat included the following:

Netflix just paused my account because I am no longer paying through Xfinity. So, I checked my Xfinity account and that add-on no longer appears, and there is no indication my next bill will be correspondingly reduced.

I want the add-on restored and included in the agreed price again.

Yes but it wants to charge me $15/month., and as shown above, it was supposed to be already included in my agreed price.
