My name is misspelled on everything you have on me.

It's Jeffrey not Jeffery.  No one seems to know how to change it.  Please advise.

You can change the name that shows when you’re in Xfinity apps, xfinity.com, and Xfinity Assistant. When you change your contact name, your name will be used and not your email address.

  1. Go to the customer.xfinity.com/settings or find Account settings in the Xfinity app. You may be asked to sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Click Xfinity ID and Security.
    • Note: You can only change the contact name for your Xfinity ID.
      Account and identity interface with customer’s account information listed. Xfinity ID and security is the first clickable option in the Your Information customer info box at the top of the screen.   Screenshot
  3. Click Change display name or Edit Name under the user’s name.

Note: Changing your display name isn’t a legal name change. To change your name on your billing account, visit Name change FAQs.
