How do I fix it or replace it

Thank you for reaching out here @user_zepvis. There are a couple of options to replace any device. You can always visit any Xfinity service center to swap that out. We can have a replacement sent out from here as well if needed. Normally those would take 3 to 5 days to arrive.

@user_zepvis if you have the NOW internet service you can reach out to the https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?intent=skill.cxao.now.entry team and they can assist you with that modem issue.
