Hello @user_i5vr9m, I understand the importance having your equipment exchanged, now we have a few ways to help you retain new equipment. 1. We can have a new modem sent to your residence for you to exchange, 2. You can go to your local store and pick one up, or 3. We can have a truck roll sent to your home, but this will come with an installation charge. Would you still like to go with the option of someone coming out?
