8 days without ConCast! Last Saturday morning lost internet at 6am have not heard a peep or sound from ConCast. I lost out on 4 days of pay because I work from home. I was fed up with them before when we canceled everything except internet about a month ago, but now because of zero communication I will be switching to something else. I am sure I am not the only one! This was the last straw! Why am I paying you the equivalent of a car payment & you are awful! Pay higher wages & maybe you will have more employees to fix the problems. Your higher ups & CEOs don't need another half bathroom!!!!
