my Iphone was canceled from getting passes

Hi so I had this problem for about a week now, since I can't use internet sometimes on my phone I use the complenmentary hour or I buy an hour pass. When I went to check to use my complementary hour because it was ready to be used, it said that I already used it, which I haven't... I called Xfinity customer service yesterday to see what was wrong and they said that my Iphone had been canceled and even if I went to buy a pass it wouldn't let me use it.... Can someone help me please....?
