My Internet was shut off WAY before my move

I put in a move order 2 weeks in advance and my internet was shut off immediately. I’ve spent the last few hours back and forth with the useless AI assistant before I got through to live support. They helped me and that “fix” lasted all of 5 seconds and now I’m back to square one. I’ve been without internet for DAYS, HELP. You guys said moving would be EASY.

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
