My internet, it [Edited: Language], constantly, why can't you fix it?

My internet has constantly, repeatedly come to a grinding hault. It disconnects, it slows down, it refuses to test properly. Your own app comes up and instead of testing anything it just says we need a tech, then when they get here they shrug their shoulders, put their hands in the air and essentially say "but it's working now right?"

Your system shows we have errors, your techs and software show we have issues, why is it so impossible to get someone with an actual skillset and access that will investigate and address our issues?

Our tech today showed up and literally said "I can see errors from last night when you were using it, but they've stopped so it's fixed, right?" This is his statement while ignoring that the person that was using the service at the times of the errors wasn't here, which also shouldn't matter, he looked at a log that showed problems and did NOTHING about it.
