My internet is not working properly and no support from Xfinity customer support

I am looking for help as my Xfinity internet is not working properly. It seems that someone misuse my internet with help of Xfinity support 

I have made complaint but there is no support from support executives.

when I have asked to transfer my calls to supervisor but they are not transferring my calls

Frequently drop connection.

Internet is not working at all.

Very very bad and this is totally unacceptable and affecting my office work

last week also informed in this forum

@user_sbxvmc​ working from home myself, I completely understand the importance of having your home network running correctly. I'd like to help investigate further. Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

- Are you connecting via WiFi or an Ethernet connection?
- Have you had any recent reported area issues, those can be found either at the Xfinity status center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status or Xfinity App
