My internet has not been working since Nov 2, 2026 . Technician was scheduled twice but did not show up.

My internet has not been working since Nov 2, 2026. A technician was promised to come to my house on Wednesday, November 4. That never happened. Another appointment scheduled a technician for Friday, November 6. I stay home and waited. I received a message that the technician was here but no one was here. The final message was “sorry we missed you” except I was home. My front door was open and I was looking for a technician to arrive and they never did. Now I have to wait for an appointment three days from now and my Internet is still not working and none of the Customer Service people can think out of the box and try to help me.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, and thanks for posting on the community forums, user_479ajo! I truly apologize that the last two appointments fell through, and you've been without service for this long. We'd be more than happy to look into what happened with those visits, and take steps to ensure a technician makes it out to the home! Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll get started!

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
