My internet has been out for over 24 hours and I cannot get in touch with a technician
I have had an internet outage for over 24 hours and cannot get past the “we are working to resolve the issue” message. Xfinity has not contacted me at all, and I am seriously considering cancelling my Xfinity membership and switching to a different internet provider. If a REAL person could get in contact with me, that would be great.
