My internet equipment was delivered to someone else.

My internet equipment was delivered to someone else. The delivery address I entered was correct, but it didn't arrive there. FedEx took a delivery picture of my package on someone else's doorstep. The virtual assistant doesn't recognize the problem. I don't want to pay for a replacement when it's not my fault the equipment never got to me. FedEx considers the package lost.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
