My internet cable was cut by AT&T digging fiberoptics and Xfinity keeps cancelling appointments to fix

My internet cable cut and I can not get anyone from Xfinity help me.

They keep promising me times over text and not showing up and it takes an hour each time to have someone lie to me about coming to my house.  

Been a customer for 20+ years and have asked very little from the Company, and need help ONCE and get the workaround.

I now have 4 no show appointments and customer service chat is useless.  They just give you random answers to make you think someone is coming and get you off the chat.

Waiting for a service appointment, only to have a technician be a no-show, is incredibly frustrating and not at all the experience we want for you—especially as a loyal customer of 20+ years.
