My Internet and cable has been out 1-19-24

I look at the outage map, keeps saying we are out. Then next minute it's gone. I'm so tired of this. I pay $225, for the fastest internet and cable. Always a problem, two days here and three days the next. It's not on my end it never is. Map saying no outage. I'm about to get fiber at att. I can never get a live agent. Once they called me and they hung up after I said my Internet is still down, troubleshooting didn't work.Then they hung up. Att has faster internet and cheaper for $80 a month.

Having a look in the area, it does look like most devices are online at this time except for a few. By chance have you had a tech come out and have a look into the issue?
