My insurance coverage on my cell phones

When I purchased my cell phones I was told by the person selling me my 3 I phone 13 phones that cost $800 each at $2,400 total 

With the insurance coverage if I had any issues that I just contact them explain my issue and if it’s lost or stolen or broken that it would only be a $50 deductible but because I don’t have the phone in my possession the insurance is telling me it will cost me $180 dollars to replace the phone that was lost that’s 130 more then I was told that was only $50 hassle free they temporarily suspended the line and only way I can get a replacement is to pay the $180 dollars I feel I was miss lead and given false information when I set up my phones I paid off all three phones almost all of it but a $180 on each phone and paid faithfully ever month on time this is how I’ve been treated and on the phone being tossed back and forth between xfinity and the  insurance  both sides saying I gotta deal with the other party completely unprofessional and very unhappy with the service at this point
