My house the only one on outage map

I’m getting so frustrated, my house is the only one on the outage map since 3pm yesterday and I have received no information from xfinity about when it will be fixed and cannot connect to a human being on the phone or in the chat to try to resolve the issue. Considering canceling my service immediately.
