My house is not a business location

My house is not now and has never been a business. 
i do not know why or how you flipped that on me.  It may have been when a rep kept me on phone a half hour when i just called to cancel because of rate increase.  He may have done that just to aggravate me 


i an calling this fraud and a scam because that is the fact!

@user_5fq2h3 There are a plethora of reasons the serviceability of an address could have been updated on our backend and I can assure you we can get that updated quickly and easily by having us enter a serviceability request to update the address if needed. How are you determining your address is listed as a business?

It looks like agent I spoke to sent request for correction to correct department, address corrected to residential. I looked up local business, and remembered that neighbor at 218 is a business.   Not my address. But I see no reason it changed to business only after I refused to further discuss retention and upgrade services with an agent.    Thank you
