My external cable box does not have a cover that fits the new equipment after Xfinity was in the neighborhood to perform service upgrades.

The cable connect out front our house is exposed to the weather.  The new equipment is too big for the current mechanical box.  The installers put the new equipment in and then left it uncovered because it doesn't fit in the old mechanical box.  We have called for Xfinity support twice and had two more service technicians out to fix the issue, and the box is still open and exposed to the elements.  How do we get this fixed?  We need a larger mechanical box installed and it has been over a month at this point...

Hello, @user_djay3! Thank you for creating a post with your outside equipment concern. That is definitely something we'd like to help address as quickly as possible for you! By chance, have you tried reporting this uncovered equipment through the Xfinity Assistant yet? Both customers and non-customers alike can typically use that chat feature to have a ticket created for our field team.

Yes, I have tried multiple times as described in the prompt.  2 service techs have been out and I've described the issue clearly to the xfinity assistants and agents.
