My external cable box does not have a cover after Xfinity was in the neighborhood perform service upgrades.

The cable connect is exposed to the weather.  We have called for Xfinity support and stopped a local service technician to request help, and the box is still open and exposed to the elements.  How do we get this fixed.  Thanks for your help!
