My equipment was delivered to the wrong address

Hi Team,

I have ordered new internet connection in my house in last week while ordering through Xifinty site automatically chooses wrong service address not choose my current service address.I didn’t notice after payment only got know my address was wrong.So now modem delivered wrong address. Please help me, contact many support team They could not resolved til now.

@user_fe8fff Thank you for creating a post on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the wrong address was selected and caused the equipment to not be delivered. We can check the order or create a new one if needed for the right address if you haven't done so already. You can also visit a local Xfinity Store (if applicable) to pick up equipment as well in case you need it right away.
