My Disney plus and Hulu isn't working

Was told we have Hulu and Disney plus... how do you get it

The "Activate" button on the "Your Subscriptions" page should take you to the right link; however, it takes you to some "partner" login screen for Walt Disney Company access that does not have a way to A) Sign-Up if you have no account and 2) Does NOT use your xfinity login credentials to operate either.

I'm also stuck on this and cannot figure out how to get around it for the life of me.

I have tried this and all I get is that I need to manage the account when I don't have an active subscription. This is the message I get when I try to activate the subscription:

Manage your subscription to complete account setup

You are attempting to activate an offer for a subscription through a third party partner. In order to complete the activation you will need to manage your existing subscription. Accounts must be managed separately. If you’ve recently canceled, you’ll need to wait until the end of your billing cycle to complete set-up.

I don't have an active subscription. The last subscription I had was 2 years ago. Even when I tried creating a brand new account, I still got that message. Not sure what to do here.
