My devices are not showing up as returnable

I am trying to return my Xfinity equipment after moving out of state to Arkansas. There are no Xfinity stores here so I do not have the option of returning my equipment to a store. When I go through the returns process online to get a UPS shipping label, I keep getting a message to 'Please select a device' but there are no devices to select. I have read through forums and saw that I would need to get approval to write a direct message to Xfinity -- Could you please give me this approval so I can return my devices before I get charged a late fee? Thank you.

Hey there, @SophJed! I am sorry you are having troubles with returning the equipment after a move, I know moving is stressful and we want to make sure that everything is smooth sailing on our end. You can actually visit a UPS Store and they will be able to get the label printed, boxed up and shipped back to us at no cost to you. You will want to be up it's a UPS store not a certified shipper.

Thank you for your quick response, I appreciate it. Just to clarify -- I can just walk into any UPS store with my equipment and let them know I need to return my Xfinity equipment and they can look up the needed information to ship?

Of course, we are happy to help as quickly as possible @SophJed! That is corect, we are contracted with UPS Stores and they have all of our information. They will be able to box up the equipment, label it and ship it back to us at no cost for you. We would recommend maintaining the receipt until the equipment has been received/deliever. Please let us know if you have any further question/concerns.
