My dad is a senior and can't afford new NESN package.

I have two different accounts under my name: one at home and one for my dad, as I handle all his finances.

My dad lives in assisted living on a limited income situation, he's 85.

I visited him yesterday and he informed me he cannot watch his beloved Red Sox.

He cannot afford extra fees and with some dementia. streaming to him would be as difficult as quantum physics.

If NESN doesn't return to his Comcast, we'll consider removing it completely. One reason for keeping Comcast, even when it's a struggle, was for Red Sox.

Please tell me you've decided to go back to the previous status for NESN. If not, you may lose my dad as a customer completely. An old man who has worked his whole life, should be able to watch NESN.

Thank you, @user_1slma2, for connecting with us here in our community. We appreciate you sharing your dad's situation. As you mentioned, the only way for him to watch NESN, he would have to be upgraded to the Ultimate TV package. We'd love to take a look to see if we may get him upgraded, but still help keep the costs down. If we may check, please send us a Direct Message with your full name and the complete service address for your dad. We look forward to hearing from you.

Moved to Customer Service as this is not Accessibility/disability related.
