My cord broke…

My flex box cord broke… I’ve tried talking to customer service and they won’t assist me. They just keep saying “ flex isn’t offered to new customers”…. I’ve had it for 2 years or more. I tried a different cord to plug it in, and nothing will work. Does anyone have suggestions?!?

Hello @Iceiceekatie. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I am sorry that your flex box cord broke! We no longer offer the flex box as it has been changed over to the Xumo box now. We can help you with getting a new box either mailed to you or you can pick one up in a local Xfinity store and swap it out.
