I wanted to post about my recent experience. My internet connection got disconnected without my consent and put me to lot of inconvenience. There was no way to lodge this grievance. Another issue is about the time take to restore the service. It took 5 hours multiple agents and multiple departments. Finally asked the supervisor for acknowledgment of issue via email, he said he cannot promise. he was not ready to escalate to his boss. he said he will escalate to Quality assurance. he was not ready to put that in writing too.
