My company vehicle downed someone's cable line and now they need it re-anchored to their home. How do I report this
Above, my guys's box truck pulled it from where it was anchored while they were backing in. Homeowners are old and don't know how to report it and I'm trying to report it in their stead, but everything I try wants to report the downed line at my home instead of theirs.

Hello, @user_vlpbm4 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums to report the downed line. From experience, I know when trying to report using the website: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue it will have you sign in and makes sense why it would show your information instead of the location you're trying to report.
I can open a ticket to have the line addressed, and since I'll need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation, when you have time.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address of where the line needs to be fixed?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it
