Hi there, and thanks for dropping by the community forums, user_m5rkuy! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues with your comcast.net email. To get a better idea of how to help, is this occurring when accessing your email via a third party email client (i.e. Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.), or are you accessing it directly through the Xfinity website at https://www.xfinity.com/email? If it's through the website, have you already tried resetting your password at https://www.xfinity.com/password?
@user_caqaz2 have you already attempted to reset your password to regain access?

Thank you for letting us know that you can access your email but cannot send @user_caqaz2. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I want to share some things you can try to correct this issue:
1. Make sure you are using a supported browser such as Chrome or Safari.
2. Check for a spam violation. Xfinity Email generally protects customers from some restrictions that can be placed on an account. Sending a single message to many recipients: Keep the total number of recipients in the To:, CC:, and BCC: fields to under 100.
3. Sending to many recipients in one day: Customers aren't permitted to email more than 1,000 recipients from any address over a rolling 24-hour period. If you're not sending too many messages, the account might be compromised or there might be a virus infection on the computer.
4. change the password and take steps to remove any malware that may be on the computer.
5. Make sure the message isn't too large. The total size of an email message, including its text, formatting, headers and attachments cannot exceed 25 MB. Attachments cannot be larger than 10 MB each.
6. Confirm you haven't gone over the email storage quota (10 GB per Xfinity ID). Customers can check their current storage by clicking the settings icon in the top right corner of the Xfinity Email window. Screenshot with settings gear wheel in upper-right corner.
7. Check your security settings for issues.
