My Comcast service line is laying on the ground
On October 31st I attempted to notify you that the cable service line from the utility pole is down laying on the ground due to neighbors cutting trees down and I was directed to a page where I filled out a form and it said I'd be contacted by email. I never received an email. The request said the appointment was scheduled for November 12th for a technician to repair the service line. No one has contacted me or showed up at my address to resolve this issue. So far, my services seem unaffected. I guess this is the reason Comcast is taking so long to respond.
Today I went thru the process again and was given: Ticket Request #[Edited: "Personal Information"]

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
